In these days Many EPF Transfer and Clime Rejecting, reason is your employer considered as non-pension member or Pension Member, kindly check with EPF Office, kindly inform to your Employer and submit revised From3A and Clarification Letter to EPF Office.

Do you want people just work for you with payment but without PF, ESI & other welfare measures applied to a factory for workmen ? The best way is to notify in the the news paper mentioning the conditions work. You can take them who have opted to work on aforesaid conditions.

Notice period mentioned in the appointment order and agreed by employee shall be complied.waiving it is the discretion of the employer.. If by back of notice period is there in the appointment order, that can be adhered to. Unfortunately in india there is no legislation on final settlement.
