I have been selected in Navi Technology as Call Quality analyst-BPO. It's been 10 days, and I still haven't received the offer letter. HR is stating that approval is pending from the CEO. Should I wait, or shall I move on? Can anyone clarify how BGV will be done in the Navi technology? Will they do the entire employment history or only lthe ast organization?

Offer letter and appointment letter are two different letters. Offer letter is normally issued even before joining. If the offer letter is not issued then there seems to be issue with HR related system.
