The date of the relieving letter does not mean or imply that you were relieved only on that date. Does the relieving letter clearly state that you were relieved from services on 12.02.15? Please indicate the wording of the relieving order. The interpretation of the relieving order as being issued on a later date is a widespread practice in the industry. It appears that your earlier organization is not going to change the date, so you will have to rely on your ability to convince others about the facts of the matter.

Yes, they mentioned the leaving date as 12.02.15, the resignation date as 23.12.14, and the resignation was accepted. In this way, they have constructed the phrase, but the leaving day is stated as 12.02.15. Do companies usually convince in such situations? If so, how should I explain this situation to KK HR? Why do you need to be scared of the situation when the fault is not yours? Have you checked with the X company HR to verify the records, as typographical errors can also cause problems? No company HR would certify a non-working period for an employee. He should have mistakenly typed only. Please check.

Phir humne HR management se salary ki baat ki to unhone koi jawab thik se nahi diya ki salary aayegi bhi ya nahi aayegi. To humne job search karna shuru kar diya aur meri job 26-04-2018 me dusri company me lag gayi. Kuch dino baad mere paas salary credit hone ka message aaya, jab maine check kiya to mujhe pata chala ki Aircel company ki salary aayi hai aur unhone meri date of exit 15-May-2018 update kar di thi. Ye baat mujhe pata chali jab maine apna PF online transfer karna chaha to vo hua nahi. Mujhe pata chala ki meri date of exit, date of joining se pehle ki hai. Is vajah se mera PF transfer nahi ho paya. To please meri help kijiye aur mujhe bataye ki main apna purana PF kaise withdrawal kar sakta hu. Please help me.
