Got terminated in MNC (A) Company because in previous company I was doing dual employment in (B) (C) Company & i did not mentioned in my CV about (C) Company when to joining to MNC (A) Company. Mentioned termination in my exp letter by MNC (A) company. What reason i can tell for both termination & UAN History to HR/Company while joining new company so that they have to accept it. UAN portal two i,e (B) (C) company showing in service history. During BGV from other company will MNC (A) company tell the reason for termination or not?

I am surprised to note that you concealed the fact of your dual employment in your CV while applying. I am not also not surprised that you got terminated on this account by the Company. You should have got proper relieving letter from previous employer. By not doing so, you have not only cheated on the previous employer but also on the new employer by concealing vital fact of your previous employment. Now you have met a bad fate of termination by the current employer and you must have sent your resignation to the erstwhile employer too. So you must take care in future while applying.
