Dear all ,
One very important question.
If a company has a license of PF but that company is only deducting the PF of only 20% employees.
now 2nd thing they haven't filled up the form 11 of any other employees at the time f joining or ever..
now please tell me if i want to save this company from the audit of PF, what I need to do ?
Please help me out to solve this problem.
No one has answer this question from seniors,
I do expect that someone would answer this from here

if you have not filled the form 11 at the time of joining now you can fill. there is no issue but you should fill form 11 at the time of joining when ever new emp. joined the org. who's salary more than 6500/-

Mr. Singh is Right. Dear Mr. Vipul, when we talk about PF then wages means Basic+DA or Basic where DA is not applicable and you do not need to submit form 11 to PF Office.

Dear Akhil ? Is DA included in PF ? and I surveyed in company.. They are including DA for Labour Category and For Staff They are deducting only on Basic Salary ? Is it possible ?

In private organisations, they rarely have DA as salary bifurcation.it found in goverment organizations. and There is no issue to follow different salary/wages bifurcation for Labour and Staff.

Dear Akhil,
As per my knowledge,
CTC mean Cost to the Company, which includes everything where Company does not have to pay anything. Everything cut from employees salary. right ?
Gross salary mean including each and every allownces + Basic. right ?
Net paid mean (after all deduction, what employee gets)
please make correction if any mistake

Cost to company (CTC) is the total cost that an employee is incurring in a company. Gross Salary is the one which you see every month. But this is before any deduction.Net Salary is what an employee get to his/her hand after deductions.(this is the take home salary)
The relation between all three
Gross = CTC - Other benefits
Net = Gross - Deductions
** You will deduct PF on only Basic salary for Staff and on Basic+DA for Labour as applicable. (12% of Basic+DA or 12% of Basic)).
** ESI will be deduct on Gross (1.75% of Gross).
Company's part will be included into CTC. (Gross + PF 13.61% + ESI 4.75 + Bonus, if Statutory)
