This Airfirght judgment did not completely rule out regarding bifuraction of minimum wages, it only resolve the issue of DA, not whole bifercation for the purpose of PF contribution. and playing with PF. it only speak that if Basic is more than Minimum Wages then no seprate DA is payable, what about component like HRA, Special Allowance etc etc.
