Basic+ Spl Allowance / As per Minimum Wages / HRA / Other Allowance
Kindly guide In Salary Structure Basic Should be equal to or above from Minimum wages.
I am preparing as per above but few person are asking me about we can split Basic amount below then minimum wages.

Before preparing any new Pay Structure, please make a study of recent Supreme Court Verdict on definition of Basic wage ( PF gross inclusive of allowances ). Also please go through the recent proposed amendments of PF act and definition of "Wage" instead of Basic.
The sum and substance of the whole matters are Wage(Basic) may be 2/3rd of monthly gross and other allowances may be 1/3rd of monthly gross to be in safe side.
