I started working in 2016 and joined EPF account there, at that time in my first company my basic was 10k, so technically I have become EPS member, then I switched 3 companies and my wages increased, I tried to transfer PF amount so for 1st, 2nd ,3rd it is done, but just my previous company it is not getting transferred and showing this message " EPF wages more than 15k not an EPS member "
My previous employer is saying he has deducted because all previous ones deducting, when I raised grievance it, they have said to submit clarification why you should be an EPS member.
I am confused now what to do, nobody seems to help.
Please help me with some solution.
