Dear All, Requesting Valuable Suggestion /Help Regarding ESIC Maternity Leave
Benefit Period Eligibility
Con Period From 01 Apr 2019 182 days
Con Period To 01 Oct 2019 31 Mar 2020
As per above my ESI contribution i am eligible for ESIC benefits including Maternity Benefit.
Here I further to discuss Because of Covid April 2020 to –May 2020 they have paid some amount. But not paid ESI contribution because of employees working from home only. I have applied Maternity Leave from June -2020 as my due date is on August -2020
I am forced to resign by management for the month of June -2020 to the same I am in notice period of one month now.
