I have to start the training department in my company (Hospitality Industry), and I am from a core HR background. Hence, I don't have any training modules. I request you all to share some basic training modules, soft training, and a Train the Trainer module if possible. Please note that since it is a budgeted company, we are not hiring any external consultants. However, if you all can share the modules and help, it will be highly appreciated.

However, training modules are tailor-made for each company based on their respective training needs. The question of how far ready-made modules will suffice your training needs remains.
