I joined a consultancy two months back and i wrote the resignation to them one day back and i still havent got any response on that mail confirming me that they have accepted or not.so should i assume it is yes and start searching for my new job ? For the detail till date i didnt recieve any appointment letter ,company id from the company even after giving them reminders and that was the whole sole reason to resign from the organisation.

Don't you think it was haste decision
Most of the consultancy does not have a big setup like companies, wherein they have HR to give the appointment letter on joining or company id immediately even they depend upon consultants for their Accounts/HR/Admin and/or statutory.

Yes i got the salary for the month of dec on jan 10th and salary slip for the same on 20th jan .i got my salary in my private bank account. But i dont have the salary slip and salary of jan as i stopped going to the organisation on 22nd of this month. I gave them a week time before putting the resignation ...when i saw no psitive changes from their side then i decided to put down the resignation. They even designed wrong salary slip for me intially ...but when i asked them on frequent manner and told them to revised then they took a action and sent the same.please let me know what should i assume yes or no...since i m fresher and just completed my mba in 2016...was looking out for the job..and its my first job

I didnt even get a proper offer letter from them. I got a mail from them that was a LOI mentioning my designation and targets . It was written within 45days from the my doj i would be getting my appointment letter. My doj is 7th dec.

please meet the head of the branch and have face to face discussion and close loop, if they operate out of different site please get on a call and close loop, consultancy start up will have few challenges, its better to discuss find solution rather than just writing emails and awaiting confirmation

In your earlier statement you wrote that you have not received anything, afterwards you have mentioned that you have received a Letter of Intent (LOI) wherein it was written that you will get the appointment letter after 45 days of your joining date. You have waited exactly 45 days from your joining date i.e. from 7th Dec till 22nd Jan and since you could not wait for a single day or two you have left the organization. You started your follow-up well in advance i.e. a week before resigning, hence in my view it was a haste decision.
As mentioned by one of the forum member above, try to get in touch with the employer and come out with an amicable solution to resume your work and resolve your demands.

@Fc.Vadodra i said it was mentioned within 45days from the doj not after 45days as,said ....and started following up with them after 45days completed that is after 22nd i stopped going and asked for the documents 22nd to 30th i guess is ample of time i given to the consultancy to take some action
