Hi,
I am working as HR Executive. In my organisation we follow the leave period like Paid leave from April to March and Casual Leave from January to December.
I wanted to confirm, whether we can change the paid leave period from January to December or Casual leave from April to March. Can the leave period for the both the leave types be same or it should be different?

Leaves has to be calculated from January to December only. Thats the global practice. I do not understand how you have started this practice of calculating paid leaves from April to march.
Even factories act and shops and establishment act defines the same. Please change the leave calculations to January to December.
