It is not clear from your query that what is the reason for not getting PF deducted from your salary. however, reason may be:
1. PF Act is not applicable to the establishment / company; or
2. Employee is 'excluded employee' with in the meaning under EPF & MP Act 1952.
Company can give a letter to the bank accordingly.
