Hi Punith, You can choose LLB rather than DLL. By doing LLB you can emerge as a Advocate and can appear in courts after registering with Bar council.

I don't think it is possible to do 3-year LLB regular course when one is simultaneously employed on a paid regular job. Doing any Law degree in distant mode can give one thorough legal knowledge but can not entitle him to enrollment as a lawyer. The poster has to decide the extent of legal knowledge required for his present job and may decide the choice accordingly.

When you have your MBA in HR, there is no need to go for Diploma In Labour law. Rather you pusue LLB, which will stand good to your career.

Dear Poster,
You have to decide as per your future career plan. Does your current role demand you to appear as a company representative in the court or are you planning to purse a career in Legal HR field then yes LLb would help you. But if you're pursuing a course just to enhance your Labour Law knowledge only then DLL is much wise decision. After all you've to decide for what purpose you want to pursue it. With future perspectives degree as well experience both matters. But qualification makes you least eligible to the criteria, so full time LLb can help you better than part time DLL.
All the best!
