Please help me with a format or introductory sentences for an Amendment Letter? this letter has to be issued to all employees to indicate changes in the existing Appointment Letter.

Thou' it appears U R reqd. to issue an amendment to apptt. letters to all, it is necessary to issue such amendment letters addressed individually by name and due ack. of such letters should be obtained and the same retained in the personal file(s) of the concerned. A general circular notifying such amendt. is less preferred as some times it is very difficult to defend such action in the legal forum/courts in case of disputes.
