Hi All,
I'm in a real mess... I have done my MBA in 2010 from a college which was not UGC approved and they gave a diploma of DEC. And, now I'm working as a recruiter from last 2 year and want to pursue my further career as a Lecturer. Since my college was not UGC recognized, so I'm not eligible for NET.
I want to know what steps should I take now. Can I do Ph.D? Am I eligible for it? And are there any colleges who offer Ph.D without this UGC criteria also? Please let me know the procedure?
Also, which is more better regular Ph.D or a part time Ph.D

Dear Friend,
You can do Ph.D, from the universities, which are not approved by UGC. As an employed, you cannot take the option of full time Ph.D and also years consuming like 4 to 8 years. You shall register for the Part-time Ph.D with external guide. That is you can choose the university outside your district and guide for this study may be from your own place.

Hi mam,
Thank you so much for your response, I felt so motivated after receiving it.
Part time Ph.D is a very good option. But can you suggest me few universities/colleges offering Ph.D in HR which are not approved by UGC.
I know I'm bothering, but your guidance will help me a lot.
Thank You
Dimple
