Hi,
If u r working with a company,
First: u should sign Man power requisition form from the concerned person/department/HOD/HR head/ Just senior or team leader.
Second: Prepare JD, Post the same in Job Portal, Same time u search the candidate from ur job Portal ( whatever u hv), u can use employee/other reference for the same.
Third: Call them ( who has best profile as per your requirement) to take preliminary interview.
Fourth: Fix-up their interview (technical/non technical) with the concerned person as per their detail.
Make/give offer letter to the final candidate as per ur Comp. norms.
After joining, issue the appointment letter.
I hope it'll be helpful.

Hi Dear,
If ur r starting ur project taking particular company then u have to study the policies n JD of maximum recruitment sectors like in manufacturing, mostly engineers or turning-milling operators r required, so according to that u have to study JD. Then study their recruitment procedure n techniques as some companies do mostly internal recruitment and reference recruitment. When u'l get all this details then u urself will know where n how to start ur project.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply contains some inaccuracies. It's essential to start by understanding the recruitment life cycle stages like planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding, regardless of the industry. While studying a specific company's policies and job descriptions is important, a broader understanding of recruitment fundamentals is crucial.
