In general we are required to maintain under Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 & Rules only one register in form 'D' & the same is attached herewith for your ready reference.

Thank you Mr Khola, this really helps. However one more query, should this form D be submitted on yearly basis or monthly? If yearly, is it calendar year or accounting year?

Dear Sachin,
This is to inform you that form 'D' is not to be submitted anywhere. We are only required to maintain this just like other registers. In my opinion we should update this register as and when there happens to be a change in the particulars as shown in the register.

This register in Form "D' is required to be maintain under Equal Remuneration Act & Rules & not under Delhi Shops Act. I do not know whether Delhi Govt. have issued any exemption notification.
