I am working in a service industry, we are having factory in 3 place in tamilnadu.
Presently my company (both S&E Act and Factories Act) does't have any hr policy or manual. So, I am planning to write a policy for both S&E and Factories Act.
Please guide me how to write the policy is there any format please send.
