Labour Welfare Fund Act is a State Act. Different welfare schemes are being run by the state Labour Welfare Board.You have not mentioned the name of State/UT. Most of the State Governments have provided details of these welfare schemes on the web site of their labour department or you can get on the site of the respective Labour Welfare Board.Employees can also visit their nearest labour office for having knowledge on these welfare schemes.
