Enclosed the Recent amendment on Wages caption in TNLWF.
In section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972, in clause (b), in
sub-clause (i), in item (b), for the expression “draws wages exceeding three thousand
and fi ve hundred rupees per mensem”, the expression “draws wages exceeding fifteen
thousand rupees per mensem” shall be substituted.
