Hi
Yours being a Software company, it fall under the Shops and Establishment Act, hence as per the said Act, every employee who has served with 240 days or more during a continuous period of 12 months are eligible for following Leaves during the subsequent period of twelve months to leave with wages and the Earned leave may be accumulated upto a maximum period of sixty days.
1. Earned Leaves : 15 Days per Annum
2. Casual Leaves : 12 Days per Annum
3. Sick Leaves : 12 Days per Annum
Only 8 Earned leaves can be encashed with wages per annum, not more than that.
