Dear Friend.
I,m coming to the issue of the job changing ok. but u need to think abt in this situation. I feel u need to seriously search of a better job. Dont take any step on the present job and issue unless u get a official notice for the same. First get an offer letter in your hand from any good company and then intimate the about your Resignation. But definitley you will get better job than present.
All the best to you.

Dear KKC,
First thing, maintain a good relationship with the secretary of Boss inspite of the fact how much arrogant she is... after all she is in the company before you. Do exactly whatever instructions she is giving to you.
Then, just concentrate on your work, try to complete your tasks on time, work hard to do your job to the best level which you can do means try to show your 100%.
Somewhere your super senior definately realize that work is going on in good direction.
yes last thing, dont leave the job by yourself, untill or unless they will not tell you. leaving job early will make negative effect on your resume & also its tough to find out good option after loosing the job. try side by side for another if you really cant take his secretory more.
Thanks,
Anju

Hi KKC,
Take the BOSS secretary for a coffee or Movie and be tactful with her.if you will be able to have good PR with BOSS secretary half of your problem will be resolved.
I also agree with most of the participant that you should not leave the Job right now as the Job Mkt. is worse , wait till the company gives you Pink Slip and meanwhile you search for a change also.
All the best and ready for the worst!!!
Cheers!!!
