I am also doing a project on evaluating the effectiveness of training in our organization based on questionnaire survrey.
I would like to answer your questions, so tht u can help me:
Q. is this for a particular training program?
A: Yes, this is for Excel Training that was conducted for employees.
- what is your company's business?
A: Ours is a textile manufacturing Company. Where majority people use excel for making reports or for analysis, etc.
- who are the trainees?
A: Trainees are employees at all levels i.e mangerial level, junior and senior executives, etc.
- how many trainees have been trained for which you are trying to find out the effectiveness?
A: Almost 300 odd trainees have been trained.
- Do you conduct any tests/evaluations for your trainees?
A: Yes. Feedbacks or happy sheets were taken. But now want to check the real impact of it.
