it is very much true that employee should provide proper medical proof towards Medical Termination of Pregnancy to get the leave eligibility as per MB Act. However after personal enquiry, if you found the case as genuine you may process leave as per MB Act on humanitarian grounds. Submission of Medical documents is requirement of the Act but irrespective of the fact that whether medical proof available or not physical pain remain the same. Hence the request of the employee may be considered favorably.
