Hi, Actually I started my career@ Delhi in 2005 , I worked in that company and join new one in 2010, but in 2013 I got dengue and become so weak and one day visited office and could not sit for an hour. All medication taken and I decided to return my native place for betterment. I had mailed to the medical certificates which has only for 20 days to my manager and went to my native place. Few days later I had received termination letter on absconding ground . I had not communicated to HR in that period as I had decided to stay in my native place. But I return to Delhi after 3 months and all prescriptions and medical certificate and a letter couriered to HR. Manger to getting relieving letter.
At that time as I have gone thru some bad economic condition and never initiated to fNF payment as I don't serve the notice period and some due may be cleared my end. I forget about it and started my franchise with a partner and this doesn't worked for longer I had to left this business. Next I had joined with my colleagues to start a broking franchise on 25% sharing but sue to understanding issues with my partner I had left this also and again returned to my native place and joined Life insurance company as SBDM , but due to urgent requirement and situation I made duplicate relieving letter of that company where I hadn't received my relieving letter and as it is fake relieving letter ...this got noticed in background verification and current Hr asking for provide relieving letter again. I communicated to HR. of previous company that I had left without relieving letter .....due has been waived off and I was about received my relieving letter . But at the end the HR. Manager denied by mail to provide relieving letter as old data has been freezes and no modification done. Current company terminated me on producing fake relieving letter .
Now I have an offer with an Health insurance company in half package and HR. is asked to provide current company appointment letter and payslip.
Suggest or advice me how can I should handle this as I have mentioned last company where I have terminated in Jan'2017.

How can anybody give you a advice, where all your lies can be made straight. You only have the option of telling the truth and nothing else, as any more of fake letters or statements will make the matter worse.
Tell the truth and justify your illness, If the company sees any conviction in your statements, they will hire you. You have broke many rules and trusts, so rebuilding them will take time and it will not be easy, so keep your calm and trust yourself and you will get back on track.

Ashutosh , thanks for the revert .....but as I gone thru some mental trauma dengue I had not taken proper step to handle this. But when I got dengue I never received a called form my manager about my health. This incident has led me to built a negative thinking about corporate world and Pvt job. For whom I worked with my 100% Excellency they didn't bother about my health and I was so unable to visit office again so I tool a crucial decision.
Let's see & now I am planning to get everything rebuilt.

All the best for the future... One negative incident, does not make the world bad... Have trust... Rebuild on your strengths, make the communication clear from day one. Have a backup plan... There have been many downs in recent, but do not break down, use them to leverage up ahead...
