Respected sir,
In am working Sahara India group. Almost 20 years service is completed. Our company not deposit the PF /TDS which is deducted from staff to concern depoartment. Till date PF deducted from salary is not deposit in EPFO (Govt) section. Last eight month is over I had given letter for partial witdrawl apllication for loan payment of new flat purchase. Every time only I got till date PF amount not deposit in concern section/department. In EPFO site also shows no deposit etc. Since last year TDS is deducted from salary also not deposit in Income Tax department & not issue form 16A of employee etc. There is no union in this organisation. At present time some worker firm union and company inform if any one join union then the concern division close and terminate staff. Already our division case is running in SEBI case. Todays date employee job not shows secure. Every one thinking about our past/present/ future life.
In this what to do the employee for claim there deduction. Is is necessary to join union at right time & how to claim the deduction/benefit from salary.

Please guide the same.

Thanking you

There is nothing much that can be done at this moment, with the company, The company itself has not being paying salaries (fully) since last one year. The only option is to file a complaint with the PF and IT departments and follow up with the case. As far as Unions are concerned, again i dont think any Union will be intrested to join at this moment, as there is nothing with the company to give in return and again the Unions (in this case) will be only an hiderence to reach your objective.
Rest, keep looking for job in the market and move as soon as possiable.
