basic salary is below the minimum wages, i want to clarify, 15000 is the basic ceiling wage, on this 12% will be deduct.
my point is; if employee gross salary is 9000, on his basic salary which will be 4500 we will calculate 12% on 4500. is it okay maximum range is 15000, what will be the minimum basic wage
