There are some major inaccuracies in the post above.
A person is given a PAN Card when he applies for it and that is for life. It can not be changed and you can not have / apply for a second PAN Card. It is a criminal offence.

It seems the OP wanted to talk of taking a reprint (getting a new copy of the PAN Card).
Please understand the difference so as to not get into trouble legally. In fact, it could be a criminal offence.

1. Starting a New Job or Business: I hope OP intended this for those who did not have a PAN earlier and is applying for it for the first time, not asking those who have an existing PAN to get another one

2. Change in Marital Status: Marital status is not stated on PAN and neither is husband or wife's name stated in it. This makes no effect on PAN

3. Relocation or Change of Address: PAN Card does not have address. However you should update your address on the income tax portal

4. Lost or Damaged PAN Card: You can get a new copy. Or you can get a digital / soft copy in Digi-Locker
