I had resigned my previous company in the month of october now i want to claim my PF.My previous company asked me to submit EPF documents along with cancelled cheque. I want to know that can i give the cancelled cheque of my salary account of my current organization? or i have to give the saving account cancelled cheque.

You have to submit the cancelled cheque of the existing bank account, as you are telling that you have left the company in the month of October so see that your salary account is existing or not.If it is in activation then you can submit the salary account cheque.
