dear seniors,
Actually, i was very frustrate to my boss. My boss recruited an Assistant Manager for HR. My reporting was this boss and he blame me for his mistakes. so, i resigned my job as HR EXECUTIVE. Now i have joined a new unit. i am in tension because this unit is start in Oct-2011 and i am only one person for HR. The manufacturing process is measuring tapes etc. pls guide me this is best for me or not.

Working in manufacturing unit going to make you strong as a HR person..Initially it will be struggle for you initially (cope up with employees and managing labour inspecter etc )but when you worked for at least 1 to 2 years then you can be fit to work in any kind of environment..all the best for you don't miss this one..
