Can we have one letter at the time of employee relieving where we can mention they are relieved from their duties & also mention their employment period,designation and conduct in one same letter.

Hi, Nowadays, many company started giving experience letter cum relieving letter. stating their designation, date of joining, and their conduct. Thanks & Regards Malini . R

There should be separate letter for writing in detail about the reason of leaving job. And Type of job duties and responsibilities he/she used to perform, attached it to the relieving letter.
