Dear Jitendra,
This all depends upon the Act under under which you are entitled to have CL & SL leave. First see under which of the Act you are entitled to avail these leaves & then go through Cl & SL leave provision to examine whether you are entitled to avail both the leaves at a time or not. For instance in Haryana the workmen who are entitled to avail CL under the Punjab Industrial Establishment ( N&F Holidays and C & S Leaves) Act, 1965 as applicable to state of Haryana are not allowed by the Rules [Rule 5(3)] of this Act to combine these leaves with any kind of leave except with express permission of of the employer. If none of the Act is applicable then we are to adhere to the company rules on grant of these leaves.

Nothing much to say as it is subject to the company's leave policy that are different from company to company and industry to industry so better if you check for your leave policy to see that it is allowed there or not.
