This is ratna, today only i have visited the site. i have seen all the queries and replies, i am wonder how the seniors are very much patience in replying the queries of budding hrs. First i Congratulate the persons who have replied all the queries send by all of us.
This year i should submit my hr project. As i am doing my MBA in distance course, no guidance for me to finish my project. Hoping to get the replies at the earliest

can you tell me through which institution you are doing your MBA.
Hope you have completed all other papers meant for the MBA and i believe you are in the final phase of MBA.
Especially in HR, the project titles are like ocean. The first step you can talk to the academic counsellors available with the centre you are attached with for student support services like counselling etc. They are the people who guide through entire study.
There are lot of very attractive titles available for Project. But my humble suggestion is you should take up the project which will facilitate you to get the data/information quickly and easily in order to complete the project successfully in time.
There are many people who selected the tile first without assessing on the data collection and landed in the trouble later for inadequate data.
Few of the very hot topics now a days for project is 'Training and Development" , "stress management" , .
If you are working, perhaps you can talk to your boss also about this and i would suggest that you can take case study at your office itself.

In our company the training process is different so icannot refer my company training process and also i want any site names that can help to do my job easy in collecting the information.

Hi friends,
When an employee leaves an organisation without any relieve from the employer or the organisation. Does the organisation can block the payement for Provident fund and gratuity.
According to my knowledge Pf can be paid after the notice period of 3 months or after 60 days. same thing can be applicable for gratuity like after 60 days of the relieve the amount can be paid by the employer.
Please help me in the above issue at the earliest as one of the employee left the organisation without the notice period what steps can be taken by the employer against the employee who is working around 12 years in an organisaation.
