Dear Hemalatha.
Using a web-based survey is good. I tried to take a look at your questionnaire, but could not go beyond page 1 without answering the demographic questions. I personally do not like answering questionnaires when they ask my details at the outset. Please search CiteHR and read about questionnaire design,

Just to take a look, I have filled it up with wrong data and, hence, please ignore the response.
I wonder as to what is the population of your survey and what sample size have you set to get reliable and valid data!!
The questionnaire is well designed but for the point mentioned in my above post.

Hi Simhan,
Thanks for your response. I get your point regarding the positioning of the demographic question section. It was in my plan initially. But when i created the survey i had forgot to implement. Just kept the name field alone optional. My sample size is 100. But my guide has asked me to take up around 200. The entire population is 15k. Any suggestions you provide will be extremely useful.
Thanks in advance!

Dear Hemalatha,
I am rather surprised at your response. You have used Surveymonkey.com for the survey but do not seem to have read all about a survey's population and sample size. Please access Sample Size for Survey: Calculate Respondent Population | SurveyMonkey and digest the contents and kindly respond to my questions. What is your population? Are you administering the questionnaire to CiteHR members only? If so, what is the aim of your study and what are its objectives? Do you know the difference between "margin of error" and "confidence interval" of a study?
I can keep on asking questions, but I won't.

Hi,
I am trying to reach the respondents who are married women employees. I will filter the data which satisfies the above criteria.
Also Need help for data analysis. I tried to find correlation between the following variables for the above topic using Karl Pearson coefficient.
1. Age of respondent and Work Pressure
2. No of children and Work Pressure
3. No of years of experience and Work pressure
Do the variables considered for calculation will help with findings ? Any thoughts for the above question will be of great help.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Hemalatha,
Have you read the following papers?
http://www.ijtemt.org/proceedings_vo...%20Balance.pdf
http://www.su.se/polopoly_fs/1.12024.../WP_2013_1.pdf
http://www.nhv.se/upload/dokument/fo...lafsdottir.pdf
Please see Figure 1 in http://www.socialpolicy.ed.ac.uk/__d...Pena-Casas.pdf to understand what I mean by a Conceptual Framework.
Also see Perspectives on the Study of Work-Life Balance
If you have drawn a conceptual framework for your study, you will appreciate that there may be more intervening variables that my distort your results.
