Dear Dhilip,
Good to know that you wish to succeed in your career. I appreciate your career consciousness.
Career success depends on one's ability to put theory into practice. Therefore, go back to the books read them once again and find out what gaps exist in the regular HR practices. Your success in HR will depend on your ability to create and maintain the records properly, improve the communication with the employees and so on.
Whether you are in HR or otherwise, your career-success will depend on the command over English. Therefore, improve your spoken and written English. There is a difference between the two. You must understand this. Develop business writing skills as much as you can.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
