Hello Amit, Apart from the Joining kit is there any formalities like filling the ESIC and PF form. I mean what documents are to be given or filled apart from these in a Joining Kit.

Yes you are very true.. At the time of joining all other formalities with Forms fill up and all should be done.. Like
ESIC declaration form
PF Nomination and Declaration Form
If applicable TDS Form
Rules and Regulations Book if any ..
