Dr. PBS Kumar was my first HR Colleague in Regency Ceramics Ltd, Yanam. We both struggled to keep the RCL HR Dept in order. He was a great painter and and he taught me too a few tips. His contribution in terms of PPTs about various Legal aspects of HR are worth remembering and referring. I pray Narayana for his Sons and Wife to give them the Strength need to cope with this sudden loss. When I spoke to his second son yesterday that boy was not able to control. Such a sudden demise speaks of the Punya that the soul of Dr. PBSK had accumulated and he had a very sudden departure equivalent to Anaayaasa Maranam that was a boon. May he attain Sad Gati.
