Hi Kenita
Its nice to see someone who wants to pursue MBA/MS in HR in US...
First of all, for either of the course, u need to have atleast 16 years of education ( 10+2+4 ).
If u r planning to go for MS, u need to give GRE exams and for MBA, u need to give GMAT exam.
Also for MBA , min 2 years of work ex at an executive level is a must.
For the list of colleges offering the course, plz email me on

Dear Kenita,
There are very less universities / business school which gives MS HRM in america.
Most of them provides MBA & the duration is for 2 years. It's better if you go for
MS if you don't have any plans to return back to india atleat for 3-5 years after
passing out coz MS degree is not that much popular in corporates without experience.
Kindly check out the top 20 business schools websites in USA. you can find at the following websites ;
mba.com
ft.com
mbaprograms.org/mbaprograms/usa
I would ask you kindly to pursue your Master's degree only from the top 20 college
in america otherwise it is nothing but loosing your time & money. I wish you all the
best.

Hi,
I wonder if any of you could also advice me. I have a degree in International Business Mgmt and would like to further my education in HR. I have less than a year's work experience and feel the need to know more to practice HR. What would you recommend, a higher diploma in HR, MBA in HR, or MSc in HR. I want to work at the managerial level....
