I was working with a company in punjab from 1 year 8 months, this is mumbai based company, i resined in last feb. & in August i submitted forms for withdrawal of my pf, but from that day i am regualr intouch with my HR she use to make me fool, I did not know were they submited my forms or not, What can i do now becaue i am very much harased & i want to teach a leason to my previous employer & i want my pf in hands too.
Please guide me.

Send a complaint to the Pf Commissioner in Maharashtra
If you know the number, send a complant give following details
1. Name
2. Your PF number
3. Companys name
4. Address
5 Date of resignation
6. date of submission of form
7 Present address
Send a complant . to Regional PF office at Mumbai You wil get the address in net
Send a copy to Central PF Commissioner
Mark a copy to your employer
Mark a copy to the Managing Director/Chairman
Mark a copy to the Company Secretary

Dear Friend,
I feel that u are very much frustrated,
ok let us come to the point regarding ur withdrawl of Pf amount.
i hope that u have submitted form13 for withdrwl of Pf amount and kindly enquire with the concerned Regional Pf office so as to confirm about the receipt of PF form if submitted by the company generally it takes 45days to credit the amount to ur Bank account.
if not then again send the Pf form IN REGD. POST WITH ACK(RPAD)
for proof of service.
Then u can go ahead with the attitude of company by addressing a letter to Pf commissioner enclosing the proof of service to take necesary action.
(There are provision under the Pf Act which penalise and prosecute the voilations)
therefore no need to worry.
Ur amount will be in ur pocket

2months after resigned, to withdraw PF, U must have filled up withdrawal from no.19 and 5-c with your 5 signatures in total both the forms where 2 on revenue stamps. Now, to know whether company sent those forms or not, the organzation must have sent Form 12A to PF Office and you can ask at PF office where your organization is registerd.
If those 2 forms are not sent then you can get 2 forms(1) No19 and (2)Form5-C fill 1up the details and get the Signature and stamp of Gazatted Officer in place of Oraganization's/Employer's. And directly send to PF Office where your organization is registered.

Please follow instructions of Siva.
If you have your payslip & your PF number on it submit this as a evidence with your complaint.
Also ask for your previous employer for the sumission receipt of your PF form which will help you for tracking of your form.
This is true that you can withdra your Pf after 60 days of your resignation.
For withdrawal form no 19 & 10C has to be filled by you and put your signatures along with revenue stamp & forward it to your employer. employer will submit the form along with your 3A to the Pf office & this office will gave acknowledgement receipt of the same.
You have to ask for that receipt or you can write a letter to your Director of your previous stating that you will approch to Pf authorities if the claim is not settled in a good manner.
