I worked in an organization for 10 months, and due to a family dispute, I did a spot resignation and left the organisation on the same day. After speaking to HR, they told me that my notice period would end on another date even though I had not served the notice period. Also, HR told me that I would not get any documents from the organisation, so I insisted that I would pay the overdue notice period and requested a service letter; they told me that they might issue a service letter, but it was not guaranteed. What should I do further?
