Hi, I would like to inform you here that the PF account of my Organisation has been hacked by an outgoing employee (Accountant dealing the PF), he changed the mobile number while operating the PF account of the Organisation and left the organisation without changing the same. As a result we couldn't access the account anymore. We have reported the same to PF Commissioner through their online system since long time but they are not responding despite of reminder, we are now facing lot of trouble. Could any one guide us that how we could recover our PF Accounts?

Dear Sir you can visit the Local Regional PF office Accounts Department with the authorization Letter (Letter Pad) from your management they can reset your password and Have the authority to update the contact number in the PF portal. Try and Reply
