Can I get a relieving letter from the company if I have served a 2-month notice period, which is officially 3 months? I absconded from the company two years back.

It depends on the company and the HR person who is handling the situation. You yourself say that you have absconded from service, means, you did not handover the functions and duties but just quit the company. How did a relieving letter become so important now? The company can either refuse to give it or just issue it so that they can close the matter.
