I had joined a construction company as HR. Executive in Oct'22. I am handling salary calculation and release, PF calculation and upload on portal, all challan and payment receipt maintain monthly basis, recruiting (2 CA, 1 driver and 1 civil Engg.) and introduction. Also arrange some activity on Saturday basis. Try to solve PF related problem like applying for advance, exit date and join in portal etc. Mainly I am handling all this. Other policy like leave policy and increment policy is not there. I had said them to execute all those normal basic policies, but till date they are not in agreement with me.

I have 8 years relevant experience, like Back office, admin etc. And from 2021 I had applied for MBA and in JUNE my last semester will end.

My question is that I want to stay in this company for 1 year and after that can I get good opportunity.

Hi,

As you joined by Oct,2022 only I suggest you to work for minimum two years where ever possible. However if you are getting good offers there is nothing wrong in moving but frequently changings jobs within short period is not advisable.
