I want to know are we suppose to issue Appointment letter/ Letter of Employment Confirmation to Class 4 or Labor class employee?
what does the guidelines says, what is right as per the law ?
What is the difference between Class IV employees and Managerial persons? Nothing. If you hire a labourer, you should issue him an appointment order with the terms and conditions applicable to him.
