I am working in the security industry, and require some support.
If I do not give a weekly day off on the 7th day and extend the week off until the 10th day, can the next week's day off be arranged on the 14th day?
Is this a complaint that requires any notification?

As per the Factories Act, it is absolutely right under SEC-52 of the Act. One notice is to be sent to the factory directorate when applying Sec-52 or 53, and it should also be displayed on the notice board.
