Step by step procedure for applying Covid Advance in EPFO Portal.

Step 1: Visit Unified Member Portal. Log in with UAN and password.
Step 2: Click ‘Online Services’. From the drop-down menu, select Claim (Form-31, 19, and 10C)
Step 3: Enter ‘Linked Bank Account Number’. Click Verify and then click on Proceed for Online Claim.
Step 4: On the next page, choose ‘PF Advance (Form 31) from Drop Down Menu, Select ‘I want to apply for’.
Step 5: Select the service, Purpose for which advance is required, Amount of Advance required, Complete Address and upload a scanned copy of ‘Original Cheque/Passbook’.
Step 6: Tick ‘Disclaimer’ and click on ‘Get Aadhaar OTP’.
Step 7: Fill OTP received on ‘Registered Mobile Number’ and submit an application.
Step 8: On entering the OTP and clicking on ‘Validate OTP and Submit Claim Form’, the member will complete the process for online EPF advance application.
