Dear All i have come to know from a source that a new circular was issed to the PF authority on 2nd Dec 2011 that the Splitting of Minimum wages which was ordered as not permissible earlier has been kept in abeyance.
Does any one of you have the Circular,
i will get it in a week's time. but i need to show it to the management on an urgent basis that it has come.

It was in the newspaper recently that pf inpection officer cannot inspect any establishment until and unless they can prove from their records that the establishment is not payingor under paying, does any one has any update on the same
