Dear All Seniors, Would like to know LWF is applicable to the employee if he is not in managerial level or supervisory level but drawing wages more than 3500 pm? As per Gujarat rules, LWF will be applied to him? Some saying applied some telling not applied kindly help to wait for your response urgently.
