Hello everyone. We are having trouble claiming apprentice stipend reimbursement from NAPS. The last date for claiming reimbursement for stipend paid up to September 2019 was June 30, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, we were unable to submit the claims for two quarters within this time limit. We took up the matter with NSDC many times, but they are refusing to open the portal or accept the documents through offline mode. Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there any solution to this?
